- Composition
- Ampicillin Trihydrate 125 mg/5 ml
- Cloxacillin Sodium 125 mg/5 ml
- Indications
- Mixed infections requiring both gram-positive and gram-negative coverage
- Penicillinase-producing Staphylococcal infections
- Respiratory tract infections
- Skin and soft tissue infections
- Bone and joint infections
- Otitis media
- Dosage & administration
Children under 2 years: 62.5/62.5 mg every 6 hours. Children 2–10 years: 125/125 mg every 6 hours. Reconstitute with cooled boiled water and shake well before use.
- Warnings & precautions
- Contraindicated in penicillin-allergic patients
- Monitor liver function during prolonged use
- Storage
Store dry powder below 25°C. After reconstitution, refrigerate and use within 7 days.
