- Cloxacillin Sodium 125 mg/5 ml
Indications
Dosage & Administration
Children under 2 years: 62.5/62.5 mg every 6 hours. Children 2–10 years: 125/125 mg every 6 hours. Reconstitute with cooled boiled water and shake well before use.
Warnings & Precautions
- Contraindicated in penicillin-allergic patients
- Monitor liver function during prolonged use
Storage
Store dry powder below 25°C. After reconstitution, refrigerate and use within 7 days.
