- Composition
- Ampicillin Trihydrate equivalent to Ampicillin 250 mg
- Indications
- Upper and lower respiratory tract infections
- Urinary tract infections
- Gastrointestinal infections
- Soft tissue and skin infections
- Meningitis and septicaemia
- Dosage & administration
Adults and children over 10 years: 250–500 mg every 6 hours, or as directed by the physician. Swallow whole with water and complete the full course as prescribed.
- Warnings & precautions
- Not for use in patients with penicillin hypersensitivity
- Use with caution in patients with renal impairment
- Discontinue if allergic reaction occurs
- Storage
Store below 30°C in a dry place, away from light. Keep out of reach of children.
