Active Ingredients
- Amoxicillin Trihydrate 125 mg/5 ml
- Clavulanic Acid 31.25 mg/5 ml
Indications
Dosage & Administration
Children 3 months–12 years (based on amoxicillin component): 25 mg/kg/day in two divided doses, or as directed by physician. Administer at the start of a meal to reduce GI upset.
Warnings & Precautions
- Contraindicated in penicillin-allergic patients
- Associated with cholestatic jaundice — use with caution in hepatic impairment
- Monitor for superinfection during prolonged therapy
Storage
Store dry powder below 25°C. After reconstitution, refrigerate and use within 7 days.
