Sam-Ace Limited was incorporated as a private limited liability company in 1991 and started operations as a community pharmacy.

In 2003, we ventured into pharmaceutical manufacturing after identifying gaps and opportunities in the industry. We obtained approval from NAFDAC to manufacture and distribute our first product – ORS® in 2005. And in the same year, we ceased to operate as a community pharmacy to focus primarily on managing and expanding our manufacturing and distribution operations.

In 2006, we expanded into the manufacturing of beta-lactams by establishing a line for bottling dry powder for oral suspensions.

In 2010, we moved our registered office and factory to Km 14, Gbongan-Ibadan road, Akoda-Ede, Osun, Nigeria. And in 2013, we expanded our beta lactam product range by establishing a new line for capsule filling. The tabletting line was then added in 2017.

We have been operating effectively and efficiently since inception with steady growth of our facility and product range.
